I would like to apply to be added as a proven packager.

I'm a maintainer for Fedora Kinoite, Fedora Silverblue, Fedora CoreOS, part of the KDE SIG and I sometimes have to fix issues in packages that I don't primarily maintain.

Latest example is to push an update for https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/ostree/c/1cbfdfc2b5c5bde3e7e0c432d8a7d1503c5094a8?branch=rawhide where I'm not (yet) a maintainer.

I'm a strong proponent of the pull-request model and will not make changes to packages I don't have direct access to without opening a PR first.
