Fedora Workstation has been using [https://github.com/FedoraQt/QGnomePlatform QGnomePlatform] and [https://github.com/FedoraQt/adwaita-qt Adwaita-qt] projects to apply GNOME-like configuration and styling to Qt applications to match the environment. These projects are now in a state where they are outdated and semi-occasionally broken for some applications and it would be better to default to what Qt upstream has to offer.
Owners, do not implement this work until the FESCo vote has explicitly ended. The Fedora Program Manager will create a tracking bug in Bugzilla for this Change, which is your indication to proceed. See the FESCo ticket policy and the Changes policy for more information.
REMINDER: This ticket is for FESCo members to vote on the proposal. Further discussion should happen in the devel list thread linked above.

Sigh...
(sigh yeah, but with the clarification that this should hopefully not regress things and that these features are instead getting pushed into Qt upstream, I think it should be fine :tm: )
I don't know anything about theming or KDE or Qt, so I'll abstain here. (If my vote is needed, then I'd be happy to do some reading and then vote, but with the current tally it should pass anyway.)

Following the rules, this should have been approved about 4 days ago with (+4, 1, 0). But since @dcantrell voted, let's count his vote too, this doesn't change the outcome.
APPROVED (+5, 1, 0)
