Issue #3176: Preset Request: waagent.service - fesco

https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2265671 was filed requesting permission to auto-start waagent.service, a guest agent for Azure clouds.

Our rules require that FESCo approve this change, because it results in changed behavior of other services due to remote-loaded configuration.

This request is very similar to https://pagure.io/fesco/issue/2578

I am +1 to approving.

Do we want to set ConditionVirtualization=|microsoft as we did for the walagent over in #2849?

Hmm, you're right. I thought it seemed familiar, but since it wasn't enabled in the presets, I opened the ticket. I guess we can close this.
