For example, the members of the @fesco group has not been updated yet. Not sure if there are other places (mailing list?) that need to be updated too.
I've updated things listed in https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/fesco/Updating_Fedora_Engineering_Steering_Committee_Members/ except for the Badges, which I've asked @amoloney to take care of.
Still remaining: query about meeting time.
The @fesco group was not updated: https://pagure.io/group/fesco
I've updated the fesco pagure group.
so we need to discuss meeting time -- preferably not this week as some of us are still traveling?
I can confirm the badges are not done yet but the Pagure group is updated, thanks Neal.
Will double check the mailing list - FAS is not letting me authenticate to Mailman this morning
Once the mailing list is updated, I can send the WhenIsGood query.
OK, I'm on the mailing list it turns out - with the @fp.o address, but I should be able to reply from michel AT michel-slm.name right?
Yes. This is intentional, and as long as all your email addresses are associated with your Mailman account, you can use any of them.
Right, I updated the mailing list with the @fp.o addresses because it was simpler than individually identifying other ones.
@ngompa Thanks for volunteering to wrangle the meeting time. For this week, we'll stick with the previous time (Today at 1900 UTC) and plan to move the next meeting.
I now have admin access to the FESCo members badge, which I did not have before, so I can award members (current and present) who have not received a badge. However, I get a 505 error every time I try to award a badge via username so I have created a link instead which I will mail privately to FESCo members who have not received one. It expires 30th June 2024. Please email me or message me if you have not done so that you are outstanding a FESCo badge and Ill send you the link.
Thanks!
Based on the current poll results, I plan to move the meeting time to Tuesday 17:00 UTC. @salimma, @dcantrell, @humaton: please answer the poll.
I see @salimma received the FESCo badge, @tstellar and @mhayden already had it.
Is there anything left to do here?
Based on the current poll results, I plan to move the meeting time to Tuesday 17:00 UTC.
Does this already apply to today, or starting next week?
Thank you - I don't think so.
Possibly from tomorrow. Last week we talked that it's the last time at the old time and the new time shall decided for this meeting.
Yes, tomorrow. And with that, I think this ticket is done.
