#3250 Change: Self Encrypting Drives Support in the Installer

Add optional support for using native hardware encryption on TCG OPAL2 compliant drives when configuring disk encryption in the installer.

Owners, do not implement this work until the FESCo vote has explicitly ended.
The Fedora Program Manager will create a tracking bug in Bugzilla for this Change, which is your indication to proceed.

I'm wary about the trustworthiness of these devices in general, but since this requires significant hoops to jump through to actually enable, I'm good with it.
