Upgrade LXQt in Fedora to version 2.0.

Owners, do not implement this work until the FESCo vote has explicitly ended.
The Fedora Program Manager will create a tracking bug in Bugzilla for this Change, which is your indication to proceed.

The changes are ready and good to go on copr. I was hoping to get this in before branching if possible, but if not, not a huge deal. I'm also going on vacation next week, if there's anyway to fasttrack this it would be nice :)

I can certainly declare it for fast track, but I can also add it to the meeting tomorrow so we can vote on it. Which one would you prefer?

FastTrack is intended for issues that require rapid resolution and would have significant negative impacts if we don't get to it. Convenience is not a sufficient justification for FastTrack. Please just let the regular process go through.

Yeah I didn't know what "fast track" would entail. That's fine I guess I'll deal with the time issues.

Not making it before mass branching just means additional overhead of building twice, I don't think that merits fast track
