I'd like to become a provenpackager again, as I've been for about 12 years until the Fedora 41 release-cycle. During that release cycle I was busy with taking care of a close family member during their last weeks after being diagnosed with cancer for the third time, and later on with taking care of all the tasks around their departed, estate and all.
I've read the Provenpackager policy and I will abide it.

A FESCo member will send an e-mail to the sponsors, so they are aware about the ticket. Sponsors vote in the FESCo ticket.

obviously +1 to the ticket, and sorry for your loss.
Another 6 days have passed. Could a FESCo member please send an e-mail to the sponsors, so they are aware of the ticket?
Sorry about that. I thought someone else had done it.
I've sent the email to sponsors.
Thanks.
There has rarely been a better reason to do this, and we really shouldn't force this person to go through the bureaucracy again.
My condolences for your loss.
I can't support this time of process for removing specific person from provenpackager.
We're at (+16,0,0) after 9 days. @kevin, could you handle this?
This was announced to sponsors to vote ~3 days ago. I doubt this will change the outcome, but please don't count it like this. It took ~7 days from fesco to sponsors, so counting from the ticket creation does not make sense.
+1, glad to have you back and sorry for your loss, @besser82 .
It's now more than 7 days since the announcement to sponsors.
I see 17 +1's and 0 -1's, so this is approved.
