Please block the QA folks, and Jóhann B. Guðmundsson in particular, from unilaterally taking decisions affecting all maintainers, without even allowing for a reasonable feedback period (on the grounds that achieving a consensus is an "inefficient process").

I'm withdrawing my complaint, it looks like this was all a set of big misunderstandings and is being sorted out fairly.
