While some of our deliverables override the DOCUMENTATION_URL in /usr/lib/os-release, the standard one is currently set to direct people to https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/fedora/f41/system-administrators-guide/ which doesn't exist. (F40 was the last version of that to be published).
DOCUMENTATION_URL
/usr/lib/os-release
We need to discuss where this link should really lead. Maybe just to the root of https://docs.fedoraproject.org ?
This is probably what we should direct people to: https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/fedora/f<fedoraver>/
https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/fedora/f<fedoraver>/
Yeah, that sounds good to me as well.
+1 on Neal's proposal
+1 from me too

https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/fedora/f42 does not exist.
Well, not yet, I think?
I don't think we should be including anything in there that doesn't exist at Beta at the latest, personally. So if we want to use that format, can we get that created earlier? Right now we have f41 and rawhide, neither of which matches the Beta we've released.
f41
rawhide
Adding to the SOP to create it at branching is probably a good idea.
We should discuss this in the meeting - since it seems the straightforward solution does require changes to the SOP while the votes in favor were given before that was brought up
