Hi FESCo members,

A while ago I asked in one of your meetings if there would be any interest in having a Council & FESCo roundtable at Flock this year. Most/all of the council members are arriving on Tuesday 3/Wednesday 4 June, will there be FESCo members in Prague on Wednesday, June 4 that would like to meet with council for an in-person 9and long overdue) meeting?

We are thinking an afternoon session from 3pm - 5pm. WE can have a dedicated agenda topic, or topics, that would be feasible to work on in ~2 hours, and we can have it as formal or informal as folks would prefer.

If you are in Prague, and would be interesed in this kind of meeting, please +1 and indicate whether youd like a more structured, formal meeting, or something more informal. Once we know if there's ability and interest to have this session, we can then decide on the topic(s) we could work on during that time.

Unfortunately, I'm traveling on the 4th and won't arrive in Prague until around 11:30pm.

I will arrive on the night of the 4th, so unfortunately I'll not be able to join. Having known about this earlier, I would have arranged travel differently

This came from a discussion I had yesterday with FPL(s) and FCA, and I opened the ticket during the call so everyone is finding out at roughly the same time. Some council members may also not be able to make this either, I havent opened a ticket on our repo yet about it. The idea or intent is to try to have some in-person time between members of Council and FESCo, and if we find that this is something we should be trying to do more often, we can make more concrete, advance plans for any future meetings. It sounds like most folks would prefer to keep things informal, so that should work well with the impromptu nature of this meeting.

I got an invitation, but it's for Tuesday 3rd, not Wednesday 4th. Can we please make it on Wednesday as discussed? The conference starts on the 5th.

Oh my mistake. It's definitely for Wednesday 4 June, I'll get that moved
now.

I will be arriving into Prague in the afternoon of the 3rd, so I definitely want this on the 4th. :)
