Thanks to @sgallagh and @dcantrell for their contributions, thanks to @fale for filling an open seat on such short notice, and welcome to our two new members @gotmax23 and @supakeen !
We need to update the member lists (FAS groups) to reflect the changes in membership:
+ gotmax23 + supakeen - fale / dcantrell - sgallagh
And also update the current member list in FESCo docs / move the current member list to the archve: https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/fesco/#fesco-members
Just to note: I think that @kevin and I are currently the only two members with access to all of the bits and pieces in https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/fesco/Updating_Fedora_Engineering_Steering_Committee_Members/
As I am currently not part of FESCo, it would probably be a good idea to find a backup for Kevin.
I attempted to update the FESCo docs: https://forge.fedoraproject.org/fesco/docs/pulls/142
https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/fesco/Updating_Fedora_Engineering_Steering_Committee_Members/
This list needs a small change, I think. It mentions the meeting template which shouldn't need to be updated (there are no mentions of FESCo member names in the template) but does not mention the fesco FAS group.
fesco
It would be good to give @amoloney access since she already handles the election process. But since she's off this week and we have a meeting tomorrow, can you or @kevin handle the remaining steps?
I have adjusted the mailing list, the pagure fesco group and awarded the badge to new folks, so I think everything is done.
That said, yes, we should add some more folks to list owners and fas group sponsors. I'm fine adding @amoloney to those if thats agreeable?
The badges didn't work, but otherwise, I seem to have access to all the things now.
Ugh, that badges interface always trips me up. I think it takes fas login, but it takes faslogin@fedoraproject.org email address instead.
Badges should now be awarded.
I still see sgallagh as group member at https://pagure.io/group/fesco.
Other than that, if there's nothing else to do, feel free to close this ticket.
Huh. I swear I clicked the button. Oh well, done for sure now.

From today's meeting:
AGREED: The Fedora Operations Architect is added as a sponsor for the "fesco" group in FAS and as an admin of the mailing list. (with 8 👍️ and +8 votes for the initial proposal) (@decathorpe:fedora.im, 17:14:32)
