I would like to propose Stanislav Ochotnicky FAS:sochotni for provenpackager.
He is the driving force behind Java SIG, took major part on a number of distro-wide activities - Maven 2.2.1 update, Apache commons update/rename. He is currently working on getting Maven 3 packaged and working on Fedora. Also he is involved in the Java packaging guidelines update.
