I have maintained kexec-tools on RHEL5/6 for a long time.

= Rationale =

I am maintaining kexec-tools on RHEL5 and RHEL6, I need to take the Fedora branch now.

As noted, he has been been maintaining kexec-tools in RHEL for some time. I'd like to hand the fedora branch over to him as well. I plan to mentor him as a co-maintainers as per the guidlines here: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/How_to_get_sponsored_into_the_packager_group#Become_a_co-maintainer
