Maintainer of nearly 200 packages, de facto co-maintainer of another 300 belonging to cweyl, and keep a close eye on the thousand-or-so packages associated with perl-sig. And completed 70 package reviews. And I recall at least two particular occasions where I've been able to educate reviewers of my own packages[1][2] (I know there are more, but it's a pig of a thing to search for).

I've started a few reviews recently, then realized that they're from new contributors, so I'm not really able to help them beyond offering throwaway comments. But vanoudt@gmail.com's packages, in particular, look to be worthy of sponsorship.
