#655 Move ConsoleKit removal feature to F-17

fesco doesn't appear to have a mail address, so I hereby just misuse this ticket system as way to inform fesco that I took the liberty to move the ConsoleKit removal feature to f17. I hope that's OK.

Thepatchs are all ready, but we won't get the gdm part of it (which is crucial) reviewed and merged before the alpha.
