I want to add Eike Rathke erack@redhat.com (aka "erack") as a co-maintainer for LibreOffice.

Currently though, "erack" must be in one of these groups: ('cvsadmin',
'packager', 'provenpackager', 'newpackager') to hold the commit acl".

I'd be very happy to have erack as a co-maintainer.
