Note: GA is one week after May Day, the traditionally scheduled date. This is for a number of reasons, and FESCo has the final say here (hence, please discuss and vote):

• I've been requested to see if it is possible.
• Give developers a full 26-week (half-year) cycle during the half of the year when (a) we have major holidays (b) FUDCon NA occurs and tends to suck a 1/2 week of time.
• Give MAJOR EXPECTED CHANGES as much breathing room as they can to occur successfully, rather than be hurried and cause major breakage.
