I need to file a ticket here if I need to add a co-maintainer to my package who is not yet in packagers group. Slava Zanko is upstream of Midnight commander and he wishes to volunteer in Fedora mc packaging. I personally can mentor/sponsor him in the mc packaging but I'm not yet an official sponsor (can find one though).

What is their fedora account system account?
