#846 New addition to packager group

Patsy Franklin has recently joined Red Hat and will be working closely with myself on glibc maintenance issues. I'd like to get her added to the packager group so that she can start to cover some of the day to day maintenance stuff under my direction.

Patsy's Fedora username is "pfrankli"

I can add her to the packager group for you, but first she needs to go agree to the FPCA.

Login to the account system and it should have a place to read and agree.

Patsy agreed to the FPCA this morning... Let me know when she's in the packager group so Patsy and I can walk through some more training exercises :-)
