Please announce the Perl version upgrade rebuild before starting rebuilding next time.

The rebuilt has been announced on perl-devel@f.o mailing list. The rebuild is proceeding on dedicated build-root, so there is no interference with any Fedora trees. I will announce the final build root merge on fedora-devel mailing list because this is the thing that will affect whole distribution.

Perhaps announcing it on devel@f.o wouldn't be bad as well.

I would think devel-announce would be a good place.

When this last rebuild started there were several new packagers on irc who didn't know what was going on or what actions they should take on failures, etc.
