I do not see [https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging:D Packaging D] on this page [https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging:Guidelines#Application_Specific_Guidelines Application Specific Guidelines]

In more i would update D policy as removing chapter about static lib. Because since D v 2.056 it support shared lib.
