Hi,

yes, this is still me and the email is still active.

However, at the moment I am not looking to participate in Fedora as a
packager at the moment so the group can be removed from my account.

In the policy docs I see that the process to returning as a packager is
intended to be a bit easier than becoming one so I'm ok with being
removed from packagers for the time being.
