The %changelog and the distgit log are redundant. Getting rid of the %changelog entries can not only save work but also make changes easier to cherry-pick between releases.

  1. Who in addition to the speaker needs to be in the room for this to succeed? This could be the audience you need to reach, other participants in the conversation, or other stakeholders. List each person by Name and FAS ID as Name (FAS ID)

I'm +1 to this, although I may be colored a little bit because I'm also +1 to the proposal. :)

I'd be open to being part of this, if for nothing else to share experiences about using distributions that work this way.
