Download 2.patch
  • only provide dnf-command(module) from the respective dnf-plugin subpackages (so dnf install dnf-command(module) works, which is what dnf suggests if you type in a dnf module ... cmdline while the package is not installed yet)
  • the python*-fm subpackages require themselves, which isn't harmful but superfluous
