Is it possible to adding this issues page to
https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/modularity/community/project-tracking/ ?

It's hard to contact, report an issue to a moduarity right issue page.

Maybe a document like this is helpful for users.

Right now the URL is 404 not found and there is no "Reporting issues" in the left menu.
I am looking forward to seeing that it will be appeared after an hour.
