Current way of removing / unblocking failed builds and allow them for resubmit was to remove db and restarting the whole chain of services :-)

We need a proper way to remove these failed test-builds.

TODO: which failed builds can be removed (like if there is at least one artifact built, I'd just keep it and enable for resubmit).

I think the resubmit code in #90 covers much of this.

We'll need to revisit and see if there's anything else needed.

This is not a problem anymore.
