#42 priority of builds could be solved via hawkey topological sort

We could use repo with srpms (e.g. from koji rawhide or previous module build) to get some aprox of the priority of how component builds would be sorted. Which would eliminate number of rebuild iteration in order to build module which depends on it's internals (which are about to be be built).

Just a note - regardless of how we do this, we know we need to optimize here for smarter rebuilds.

This one has been open for over a year and we're not prioritizing it anytime soon. If we get space on our roadmap in the future and decide its important enough, let's re-create it.
