#617 [UX] mbs-build shows python error

running mbs-build submit in a directory without a git repository results in a python error:
'Could not execute giturl: argument of type 'NoneType' is not iterable'
This error should be checked and a proper message like 'Current working directory contains no git repository' should be printed
