#652 MBS ignores XDG standards

e.g. cache should not be under ~/modulebuild, but rather $XDG_CACHE_HOME/mbs or so.

This directory has been chosen to be similar to ~/rpmbuild. I can of course change that, but I kind of think the similarity between rpmbuild and modulebuild is good to have.
