#7218 [RFE] Log contents of default.conf

The contents of default.conf can vary during an installation, particularly in a domain level 1 replica install. It would be handy to track those changes during and post install. The file is relatively small.

Ideally this would happen in ipaclient/install/ipachangeconf.py so any updates to the configuration would be logged in any context.
