It would be helpful configure freshmaker by using a configuration file to store configuration options instead of writing those in a Python module.

@jkaluza, do you have an opinion on this one?

@cqi, we have precedent in other tools using python modules for configuration. I don't see what we gain by moving from one config file format to another. @mikeb and I are inclined to close this for now.

If you guys really want to move to a different configuration file format, please re-open this. We're open to discuss it.
