The documentation for enabling the openh264 repo says to run dnf config-manager --enable fedora-cisco-openh264. DNF5 doesn't support config-manager --enable so these docs wont work on Fedora 41.

dnf config-manager setopt appears to be the closest equivalent, but given that fedora-repos enables the H264 repo automatically we could probably drop that line entirely.

Ah, #22 should already cover this. Resolving.
