This PR updates the Matrix link from "fedora-games:matrix.org" to "gaming:fedoraproject.org". It also fixes an issue where the # signs inside the two URLs were treated as start & end marks for #highlighted text#, resulting in broken links inside HTML.

Is the new chat bridged as well, or should that bit of text be removed?

I think all the bridges have been dissolved so that should be removed.
