#363 Update Greenwave docs: subject_types

This PR [1] removed hard-coded subject types, so now every subject_type can be used.
But the documentation [2] still lists the available subject_types.
That must be changed.

Also it should be specified that the RemoteRule feature is available only for koji_build(s) and redhat-module(s).
