Currently we do not support a state in results which would indicate that the testing infra failed. This is bad, and user cannot easily distinguish between these states.

We need greenwave to support ERROR state. The below patch just adds the state to resultsdb deployment (afaict from @gnaponie). The ERROR state should be handled as a failed test result, but it would be nice, if it would show up as different item in the summary :)

This will also fix the problem of inconsistency with our downstream CI Dashboard, which already
recognizes errors.
