Looking at: https://apps.stg.fedoraproject.org/datagrepper/raw?category=greenwave&rows_per_page=10&delta=127800 there hasn't been any notifications sent by greenwave in a while now.
This means there is an underlying issue as we are running the https://pagure.io/fedora-ci/monitor-gating/ script in staging which should for each run trigger two greenwave notifications:
- the first one when the test run on an update and fail (greenwave's decision: NOGO, update is gated).
- the second one when the failing test is waived (greenwave's decision: GO, update goes through).

The script doesn't run hourly yet, but frequently enough that we should see something in datagrepper.

I've poked at this with @lholecek for a while today and we were not able to track this down, so opening an official ticket so we can track this.
