#163 create a wiki page table of Emoji input support across desktop/toolkits

Reopen Issue

The table should should the status of emoji input for:

  • Gnome & KDE: Wayland and Xorg desktops
  • gtk versions
  • qt versions
  • flatpak runtimes
  • legacy apps

also with and without ibus.

We spent some time at the end of last week testing emoji input in various environments and apps.

Next step is to generate a wiki page to reflect/summarize the results.
