= phenomenon = It is slightly late but I think it is still useful and important for the Fedora i18n Project to review and check the http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Workstation/Technical_Specification for i18n support and issues. I believe there is also a draft package list.
We can post any feedback or comments to the Fedora desktop list or open a ticket on the Workstation WG trac.

Some terse comments/thoughts for WS Spec from/after the 2014-06-25 meeting:
We should also review the Base, Server and Cloud Specs for other i18n concerns.
Currently at least @fonts and @input-methods are still being included as normal.
Also noticed https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/User:Adamwill/Draft_workstation_release_criteria
I opened https://fedorahosted.org/workstation/ticket/7 to cover updating the WS Core Package list.

I had look through the Base, Server and Cloud wiki pages. The Server Tech Spec refers briefly to IM with:
//"The input method support for the Fedora Server console access will be limited to LOCALE support in the command shell.//
//Input method support in the optional graphical console will be aligned with the Fedora Workstation offering."//
http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Server/Technical_Specification#Input_Methods
Apparently https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Fedora_21_Alpha_Release_Criteria is newer than https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/User:Adamwill/Draft_workstation_release_criteria
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Fedora_21_Beta_Release_Criteria probably needs updating.
Probably it is better to open a separate ticket about Workstation i18n QA criteria since this ticket was about the WS Tech Spec.
Closing this since nothing specific left to do here it seems.
This issue has been migrated to Fedora Forge: https://forge.fedoraproject.org/i18n/i18n/issues/30
Please continue any further discussion there.
