#96 Revert Changes for CJK default fonts to Noto

We are getting difficulty to keep Changes for CJK default fonts to Noto in f28. as a result, we've decided to revert those Changes and use the same default fonts in f27 for f28.

Required work is:

  • revert font packages what we've changed for this
  • revert comps

needing some attentions. updating packages here:

we need to work on for Chinese font packages and google-noto-cjk-fonts too. @pwu will helps on them.

tracker bugs has been moved back to NEW and accepted tag was dropped from whiteboard and on Changes wiki too.

comps has been reverted.

f28 default table has been updated tentatively https://tagoh.fedorapeople.org/fonts/f28-defaultfonts.html

once all the updates is going to testing, will try to generate the final one to confirm the order of config.
