The main change is addition of logos for websites that Parabola configured as top sites shown on new tab. Included copying notices for all the added files.

However, some other pre-existing files in this repo seem to not have any license, or license notices have been lost at some point.

This change also includes a simple fix for the build that has not been pushed to the repo a few releases ago.

Bear in mind, that it turns out that Bold GNU head is a trademark for the GNU Project [1], so I'm not sure if it can be included in Parabola package. However, I think this trademark does not have any issue with the FSDG [2], so decided to include it.
