#222 Mass rebuild SOP: add note about testing with openQA

Download 222.patch

openQA can test side tags, now, so it should be possible to test
the mass rebuild with it prior to merging. Let's add this to the
SOP so we remember to do it next time (hopefully).

Is there some way to identify openqa admins? ;)

Will it be obvious what a 'pass' or 'fail' is there for the entire sidetag? Should we say something about 'make sure these tests are passed or QA is ok to merge?

well, it's fairly obvious, if you know what to look at in the openQA web UI. I can add more detailed instructions, I just didn't want to do my usual verbose blorb all over this document :D
