As a start on #301 i wanted to throw a small PR out there to ensure the link to the OpenShift portal for communishift was present in the user docs as it took me a while (and sending pings of various forms to like 7-8 different people - which is a lot).
This should help communishift be a lot more self-service for new users
I hope to keep the original issue open as I still hope to gather feedback on additional improvements, especially at Flock, but Im also fine with it being closed if its otherwise just going to sit open and be useless forever
