Download 348.patch

The link "https://matrix.to/#/#admin:fedoraproject.org" was interpreting incorrectly by asciidoc(resulting in https://matrix.to/<mark>/#admin:fedoraproject.org), which blocks from redirecting to the original link.
So I set the link as an attribute, and updated it.

Please let me know if this solution is acceptable?
