For the last two cycles, the initial fedora_kiwi_descriptions
branch commit has got the repository switch wrong and broken
things until it was fixed with follow-up commits. We need to
break the cycle of copying this broken commit to the next release
then realizing it's broken and fixing it, so this adds a note
in the SOP to try and make sure we do that next time.
