Please briefly describe the interaction that caused you to file this ticket:
I was trying to install Fedora on a very, very peculiar device (an Apple TV), and was stuck from hours, until I came to IRC and after a couple of hours of hard debugging, we made it!

This guy has been awesome. Really awesome. He really knew a lot, tried to teach me much of what he knew, and was very, very patient, in the challenge of trying to install Fedora on such a strange device. He has been helpful and kind, and together, we won another machine to freedom. :)
