#73 Optimize Dockerfiles for rebuild images
Closed: NEXTRELEASE Opened by lucasandrade.

To build docker images faster the Dockerfiles of analyzers should be improve, the COPY commando must be at the last positions.

What do you mean by having a binding?

I see 3 feasible option on working with the docker-entrypoint.sh scripts:

1 - Move the line containing COPY on the dockerfile down. This would allow docker to use cached images to rebuild the image faster.

2 - Run the entrypoint shell script on the host machine, it is just calling the static analyzers anyway.

3 - Write tests for oprion 2.

I mean a mirror. When I edit some entrypoint file this change will also be at docker image.

We do not want that in runtime, so I am not sure if it makes sense at all. As I pointed out above, the images could be rebuilt for development purposes quite fast by moving the line down, forcing docker to use cached images. Do you want to write a patch for that?
