If a Koji administrator blocks or unblocks a package from a tag, we get a PackageListChange message. It's really useful to look back through datagrepper to figure out when these changes were made.

It's not easy to discover who blocked or unblocked a package, however. I don't see a username in the PackageListChange "block" message. Would you please consider adding a "user" field, like we have for Tag or Untag messages, so we can determine which user account made the package list change?
