Delete jobs for already missing files are noticing, that path doesn't exist, but nevertheless, try to delete it causing exception which floods log.

In what case does this happen enough to flood the logs. Normally, kojira should be the only process that is removing repos.

I'd be more interested in addressing the situation that creates repo entries with missing files than ignoring a potential error condition.
