Merge of branch cgen into master, seems to introduce a new database upgrade, using schema-update-cgen.sql script.
This doesn't seem to be documented.

schema-update-cgen2.sql introduced further schema changes lacking docs.

These are both changes that haven't made it into a release yet. I'll combine them into schema upgrade script for 1.11 soon
