librepo now uses temporary directory in builder's /tmo, instead of buildroot's /tmp, which can lead to mixing two tasks and failing one with

OSError: [Errno unknown] Cannot create directory: /tmp/koji/librepo-markExternalRPMs/repodata: File exists: 'Cannot create output directory'
